Pastry Sous Chef – £30,500+ – Private Medical Insurance – Live in – 8 ½ hour straight shifts South East

A pastry sous chef is required for a permanent contract in one of the best resort hotels in the country – do you want to be part of his team?

The Head Chef is looking for a Pastry Chef that has a background in a 4 or 5 star establishment although not essential to assist the head pastry chef in a team of 15.

This salary on offer is £28,000 – £30,500 depending on experience and to add to this there are gratuities plus use of all the on site facilities. There is a shuttle bus to take you to and from work also a staff discount has been set up with the local taxi company to help you get to the local shops and amenities.

This role is in the heart of Hertfordshire where the client has a large variety of good quality live in accommodation with staff discounts throughout the hotel, use of the spa, gym, golf course and other facilities, company pension, private medical insurance available and more.

This position would suit a pastry chef with a classical luxury country house background that is looking for an opportunity to learn from an experienced team and progress their team leading skills. It is located close to all the major links all over the country and only 30 minutes outside London.
