A Pastry Junior Sous is required for a permanent contract working within a Multi Rosette property in Birmingham. The Head Chef at this establishment is one of the most renowned in Europe – do you want to be part of his team?

The Head Chef is looking for a Pastry Chef that has a background in Rosettes, so if you have 1 or more this is the role for you. Maybe you have been working as a Chef de Partie for the past year in a 2 Rosette – the Head Chef will be interested.

This salary on offer is £26,500 – £30,000 depending on experience and to add to this there are gratuities. This restaurant appreciates what a good pastry chef means for a kitchen that’s going places which is why they are willing to pay up to £30,000.

This role is in Birmingham the midlands where the client is happy to help re locate

This restaurant is closed for Christmas every year.
