As Pastry commis you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –

  • Experience in pastry is essential
  • Friendly and good work ethic
  • Experience in a high end kitchen.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work using your own initiative.
  • Demonstrate a real love and passion for creating food at the highest level.

 

The Pastry role will be responsible for and involved the following: –

  • Assisting the chefs in producing excellent desserts.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.
