The Chef is looking for a Pastry Chef that has a background in Rosettes, so if you have 1 or more and want to learn from a great chef then this is the role for you. Maybe you have been working as a Chef de Partie for the past year in a 1 Rosette – the Head Chef will be interested.

This salary on offer is £18,000 – £22,000 depending on experience and to add to this there are gratuities. This restaurant appreciates what a good pastry chef means for a kitchen that’s going places and will help with relocation if needed.

This restaurant is closed for two weeks in January, one week at Easter and two weeks in the summer and has a maximum capacity of 40 covers. The head chef is the owners so there is very much a friendly family style feel.

This is the perfect opportunity for a pastry chef that wants to learn the latest styles and techniques in a friendly low pressure atmosphere working at one of the Midlands most famous restaurants.
