The Head Chef is looking for a Pastry Chef that has a background in two rosettes that is capable of making everything on site from desserts to petit fours, breads and ice creams.
This salary on offer is £23,000 plus on top of this there is up to £1,500 tips a year shared monthly. There is also chance to work extra shifts to earn more money.
The Hotel is closed for all of January and February for a major bedroom refit and all salaried staff will be pain fully on top of the 28 days yearly holiday allowance.
This premises is a stunning property where a lot of investment is being made in the form of some major refits one of which was the kitchen. This Hotel is definitely one to watch in the area and really appreciates its staff. They may even be introducing a 4 day week in the near future!
