Your Pastry Brigade will consist of you a Pastry Chef de Partie and a Pastry Commis Chef and responsible for bread, Michelin star restaurant and afternoon tea.
Due to the accolades associated tot his property you mush have at least 3AA Rosette or Michelin experience.
