A pastry chef is needed for a privately owned top end restaurant open 5 days a week. You will be working in a thorough bread team of Michelin experienced chefs working towards their own Michelin star!
You will be part of a small team of 6 all working closely together creating food of outstanding quality and creativity using only the finest quality local ingredients and equipment…..a true chefs dream.
You need to have at least 2 preferably 3 AA rosette experience and be prepared to work hard to gain this level of valuable Michelin experience and be part of this winning team.
The chef owner is eager to pass on his knowledge working closely together with the right candidate to nurture new ideas, creativity creating new exciting dishes daily…would you like to be part of this team?
Highlights of this role are:
Salary: up to £21,000
Up to £4,000 tips a year and more
50 to 60 hours max
Bonus after one year
Working in a Michelin experienced team
2 straight shifts, 3 split shifts a week
