The Chef is looking for a candidate that has a rosette back ground that is looking to learn new ideas, techniques and styles and above all is keen to learn.

This salary on offer is £20,000 depending on experience and to add to this there are gratuities which can add an extra of up to £2000 or more to your salary.

This is a perfect opportunity for a young chef wanting to learn in a restaurant with a fantastic reputation under a head chef that is fluent in all the modern kitchen techniques and willing to push to the next level of 3 rosettes and above and who know maybe even onto Michelin!
