A Pastry Chef is required for an award winning hotel in the Midlands. The Head Chef has created a really fun and enjoyable working environment and is looking for a passionate Pastry Chef who has character, passion and drive. You will be working under a 2 Michelin Star Head Pastry Chef and a Commis Chef – the missing piece is you.
The Head Chef here understands that Pastry Chefs are hard to find which is why he wants to offer the salary of £26,000 – £27,000 plus tips.
You will ideally need to have a background in fine dining and conference and banqueting. If you have experience on just one of these areas that’s not a problem still apply.
