A pastry chef de partie is required for a luxury Hotel in the heart of the Cotswolds working within a team of three in a dedicated separate pastry Kitchen.
The Head Chef is looking for a talented chef that that is looking to progress into pastry.
This salary on offer is £20,000 depending on experience and to add to this there are gratuities which can add an extra of up to £2500 or more to your salary. This hotel appreciates what a good pastry chef means for a kitchen that’s looking to gain accolades.
This role comes with live in accommodation if required and includes staff meals even on your days off. You will be working alongside a very talented head pastry chef with a wealth of knowledge to learn from to expand your experience with the possibility of progression next year.
