A Pastry Chef is required for a hotel near Warwick. This award winning hotel is offering a Pastry Chef de Partie the opportunity to really excel and progress. You will be exposed to award winning service, high end weddings, afternoon teas and conference and banqueting. The Head Chef would also be interested in any strong Demi Chef de Parties ready for the next step.
The salary is £25,000 – £26,000 with no splits involved. There is live in available for this role so this role may suit anyone who wants to relocate.
You will have a Commis Chef working next to you so you will need to have the ability to delegate and lead.

– Professional Chef experience preferably in a high end or Rosette kitchen, but not essential as long as you have fresh food experience.
– Creativity and idea’s towards the industry
– Driving licence and own transport would be advantageous, but not essential.
– Passion and determination is a key characteristic for this role.
The Pastry Chef role will be responsible for and involved the following: –
– Carrying out Pastry Chef duties in a professional and credible manner.
– Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.
– Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.
– If wanted, you could have an input on the menus with our own outstanding ideas
