This hotel is located near Kidderminster, ideally a chef who can drive and has a car.
You will be working a 40 hour week – (maximum of 44 hours in December time)
As Pastry Chef de Partie you will be responsible for an award-winning restaurant, conferencing for upto 150 and a stunning afternoon tea service.
As Pastry Chef de Partie you will have to have a good amount of experience in pastry.
You will work under an experienced Pastry Chef.
The Head Chef will also be interested in any Commis or Demi Pastry Chefs.
