A Pastry Chef is required for a permanent contract working in a newly refurbished fine dining restaurant in Derby.
The newly restored restaurant has carefully selected there team of ambitious Chefs and together are sharing the vision to make this one of Derby’s finest restaurants. To complete the team the management are looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie, as the food offering is of a high standard rosette level, next step is to gain the accolades that the restaurant rightfully deserves.
The Management know how important it is to look after their team and understand that this has a big influence on the customer and the quality of service, so expect to join a fantastic company that really cares about their staff. Coming from a rosette high end environment would be preferable however a great attitude and an ambitious nature will go a long way and will be considered. This positions salary will be based on experience with the minimum of 20k up to 25k for more experience.

Due to the location it is important that you have your own transport.

What we will be looking for in the future Pastry Chef:
Minimum of an NVQ2 in professional cookery
2 years’ experience working in a similar role as a Pastry Chef
