As a Pastry Chef de Partie, in addition to being immaculately presented, you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –
• Professional Pastry Chef Experience preferably in a high end or Rosette kitchen will be an advantage, but not essential.
• Creativity and idea’s towards the industry.
• Driving license and own transport would be advantageous.
• Passion and determination is a key characteristic for this role.

Pastry Chef de Partie Role will be responsible for and will involve the following:-
• Carrying out Pastry Chef Duties in a professional and credible manner.
• Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.
• Uphold the standards of pastry section within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.
• Ensure that all the preparation is done to 2AA Rosette standard or higher.
• If wanted, you could have an input on the menus with your own outstanding ideas.

In return for your Pastry Chef Skills and experience, the client is offering a salary of £19,000 – £20,000 per annum. This is an excellent opportunity to test your skills and experience while maximizing your earning potential by working additional benefits.
