A Pastry Chef de Parti is required for a luxury 5 star property with multiple outlets working along side a talented head pastry chef

The successful applicant should have 4 or 5 star Hotel experience as this is one of the best establishments in the south coast region.

You will be making the desserts for the 2 AA rosette main dinning room, all desserts for conference and banqueting, all desserts for the brand new spa restaurant and of course all afternoon teas. Everything is prepared on site using only the best local ingredients to the highest standards.

As the pastry CDP you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –

– Professional Chef experience with a 5 star hotel back ground

– Creativity and ideas towards the industry

– Driving licence and own transport would be advantageous

– Passion and determination is a key characteristic for this role.

The CDP role will be responsible for and involved in the following: –

– Carrying out pastry CDP duties in a professional and credible manner and covering for the head chef in his absence.

– Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.

– Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.

– Creative Input on the menus with own outstanding ideas
