DAYTIME ROLE: A Pastry Chef or Pastry Chef de Partie paying £25,000 – £26,000 offering daytime hours is required for an iconic Birmingham hotel.

Pastry Chef – Chef de Partie Snapshot:

• £25,000 – £26,000
• Daytime Hours* 8am – 4pm
• 40 hours per week
• Straight shifts

• Birmingham City Center

The ideal Pastry Chef or Pastry Chef de Partie will have a minimum 2 years in pastry in a professional kitchen.

*This Pastry Chef role is at a fully functioning hotel and on occasion you will have to work some evenings – the majority of your time would be working in the daytime.
