My client, an exciting 2AA Boutique Hotel, offering simple, clean dining are seeking a Pastry Chef within this relaxed and very passionate brigade.

 

You must have experience in Pastry and lots of ideas. You will have complete freedom and the support from Head Chef to innovate and set trends with the pastry division. An abundance of local suppliers, right next to the sea, there is plenty of inspiration for you in this region.

 

Your history could include working at AA Rosette level, or even Michelin, but hungry and pro-active Chefs, who can show longevity and a clear creative streak will be seriously considered.
