Pastry Chef – 25k – 2 Rosette- Live in

 

A pastry chef is needed for a hotel pushing for its third rosette. You will be working closely with the Head Chef but you will be asked for your input on the menus. You must have worked on the pastry section for at least 3 years. The Salary on offer is £25,000 per annum.

 

As a Pastry Chef de Partie your following duties will include…

  • Running a Pastry section to a 2 rosette standard
  • Mainting the high standards set by the Head Chef
  • Catering for the restaurant and afternoon teas
  • Training Junior Chefs

 

This a very progressive company that has other great sites around the country so you can move within the group. You can have input on the menu, the head chef likes his staff to be creative. If you want to experiment then this is fine, but the Head chef will have the final say.

This is a settled team and they want you to come in and add to the team.
