Pastry Chef De Parti needed for a luxury 2 AA rosette hotel in the outskirts of Bath for immediate start with a fantastic kitchen and great team spirit in the kitchen brigade.
The successful applicant should have at least 1 AA rosette back ground or high end fresh food experience.
You will be creating exciting plated desserts for the main dining room, banqueting and a busy afternoon tea trade all at a 2 AA rosette standard
This is a great change for a junior pastry chef wanting to take the next step in their pastry career as a sous chef working in one of the best teams in the south west.
