We are looking for experienced & professional receptionists to join our Jubilee team. The benefits to you…. hourly paid, straight shifts, receive your payment every Friday and  you chose where and when you work.

What we look for in our team members: –

  • Professional receptionist experience – This needs to be from a Hotel background.
  • Driving licence and own transport to commute to different assignments that we can offer. (not essential) – however this can increase your rate of pay.
  • Good knowledge of Opera
  • Minimum 6 months experience.
  • Willing to work night shifts – This will increase your hourly pay.
  • Willing to commute between venues.
  • Someone who takes pride in their presentation.

You will be responsible for and be involved in the following: –

  • Working in Birmingham’s top hotels
  • Working in a team environment.
  • Greeting guests, dealing with guests complaints, making reservations and night audits where necessary.
  • Offer 5 star service to all our clients.
