We are catering for some of the biggest and busiest events this year and we need experienced Lead Chefs like yourself to come on-board – this opportunity is great for a Lead Chef looking to take their career to the next level and get involved in large sporting events.
The successful Lead Chef will be responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen and ensure the smooth running and delivery of all kitchen operations and also overseeing and managing a large kitchen team ensuring all chefs are working efficiently and effectively at all times.
If you can;
- Work well under pressure and adapt to sudden changes
- Have experience in large events or banquets
- Manage a large kitchen team and the overall performance
- Work to strict deadlines and targets
- Work in a fast paced environment
