Must be flexible and have worked upto a Sous Chef or Head Chef Level previously.
Must Be Experienced in the following
- Managing a small team of chefs to deliver a quality product.
- Great knowledge of food preparation and hygiene certificate
- Able to communicate at all levels with high profile individuals
