Hours are various

 

Must be flexible and have worked upto a Sous Chef or Head Chef Level previously.

 

Must Be Experienced in the following

 

  • Managing a small team of chefs to deliver a quality product.
  • Great knowledge of food preparation and hygiene certificate
  • Able to communicate at all levels with high profile individuals
