A Junior Sous is required for an award winning hotel near Stratford upon Avon. You will not only be working for an award winning hotel but you will be working for an award winning company. The Hotel Company is no ordinary company – they are all exclusive- where each establishment is stunning and the food is very high end and a minimum of 2 AA Rosettes in each property – Minimum.

The hotel company you will be working for is extremely renowned and on your CV will look impressive whether it be in the UK or abroad. This is a great opportunity for someone who is not quite ready for a Sous role but has been working a number of years as a Chef de Partie.

This role is extremely close to Coventry, Warwick, Leamington Spa, Stratford upon Avon and Kenilworth.

As Junior Sous you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –

– Professional Chef experience preferably in a high end or Rosette kitchen, but not essential as long as you have fresh food experience.

– Creativity and idea’s towards the industry

– Driving licence and own transport would be advantageous, but not essential.

– Passion and determination is a key characteristic for this role.

The Junior Sous role will be responsible for and involved the following: –

– Carrying out Junior Sous duties in a professional and credible manner.

– Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.

– Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.

– If wanted, you could have an input on the menus with our own outstanding ideas
