A Junior Sous is required for a permanent contract working within a highly established kitchen near Warwick. This new fine dining restaurant will be the most talked about restaurant in the area.
Pushing for 3 – 4 Rosettes.
You will be working with an outstanding Head Chef, Pastry Chef, Chef de Partie and a Commis Chef – the last piece of the puzzle is a Junior Sous. This 40 cover restaurant will be running a high end set lunch menu, for the evening menu we are talking a 5 course, 7 course or 9 course Taster Menu. This is the opportunity of a life time.
You ideally must have Rosette Michelin or Rosette experience that is what you are going to achieve – the Chef Patron is willing to pay what it takes to get you – so maybe if you have been a Chef de Partie in Michelin or a 2 Rosette Sous Chef this could be the ideal role for you. You must be able to handle a section that is key to the application.
