A Junior Sous is required for a brand new fine dining restaurant not even open yet near Solihull. This will be a really modern and quirky fine dining restaurant where the owner has been eating at all the top exciting restaurants in London and brought the ideas back to Solihull.

This fine dining restaurant is not looking to achieve a Michelin star but food at around the 2/3 Rosette level.

The Head chef is insistent on looking after his staff which means not to crazy hours, early’s when possible. You will need to be able to cook as you will be leading a small team of Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs.

Above you will be a passionate owner who is not afraid to give the kitchen what it needs, a Michelin background Head Chef and a solid Senior Sous Chef.
