A Junior Sous is required for an award winning hotel near Solihull. The Head Chef has created a really fun and enjoyable working environment and is looking for a passionate Junior Sous who has character, passion and drive. As Junior Sous you will need to have a good amount of experience of the hotel industry – restaurant, bar and key here conference and banqueting. This Junior Sous role is perfect for any Chef de Partie looking for more of a senior role and learn what it takes to be a Sous Chef as Junior Sous.

Salary: £24,000 – £25,000
