A Junior Sous is required for a high end fresh gastro pub near Solihull working within a small kitchen brigade. The Head Chef has created a really fun and enjoyable working environment and is looking for a passionate Junior Sous who has character.

The shift patter is 2 or 3 splits followed by 1 early and 1 late! You will get paid a salary of £23,000 – £24,000 and you will walk out each week with around £150 cash tips AND at the end of the month. They also offer FREE LIVE IN as well so you can make and save some serious money.

Once you are in with the company they will not let you go – backed heavily they are not afraid to invest – this place is the place to be – cleverly located.

The Head Chef will give you your 2 days off as well as an early shift so you get an extra night off – 3 in total!
