A great town centre Bistro needs a Junior Sous chef for its ever growing business. All of the food is fresh and served in relaxed environment. This is a great opportunity for a Chef de Partie to gain a promotion. The salary for this position is £22,000 per annum.

 

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –

  • Proven ability in a similar environment
  • Able to show a nurturing side to bring on Junior Chefs
  • Menu development.
  • Maintain relationship with senior management.

 

The Sous Chef role will be responsible for and involve the following: –

  • Carrying out Chef Duties in a professional and credible manner.
  • Operation and management of the kitchen.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.
  • Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.
  • Dealing with suppliers and ordering.
  • Developing your skills further and showing flair

 

In return for your Jour Sous Chef Skills and experience, the client is offering a salary up to £22,000.
