This excellent Hotel is looking for a talented and personable Sous Chef to join their friendly team. Working in this excellent kitchen you will help the Head Chef in the successful running of the kitchen and support the junior chefs.

With a small team of chefs, led by a very talented Head chef, this Hotel has the perfect opportunity to have a mix of cooking excellent fresh food locally sourced where possible.

As a Sous Chef, you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –

  • Extensive knowledge of basic cooking temperatures and GP%
  • Demonstrate a real love and passion for creating food at the highest level with a desire to learn.
  • A strong work ethic
  • Understanding and practice of food safety
  • Some Conference and Banqueting Experience
  • Experience of large functions and weddings
  • Ability to consistently produce high level dishes
