Luxury, boutique Hotel & Restaurant set in acres of beautiful Malvern woodlands, seeking a CDP to step up into this exciting Jnr Sous post and establish a career as a Chef and people manager.
This is a 7 day business, NO split shifts, 45 hours a week maximum, or remunerated for extra, fair shift patterns giving everyone the odd weekend off, plus late starts after your days off, earlies before your day off. The company offer an excellent career development programme for junior chefs, enabling you to increase your salary significantly and gain all important promotions every 10-12 months.
Staff accommodation potentially, for the right candidate, staff meals on duty, free wi-fi, loads of extras to keep the staff happy and working effectively.
