A Junior Sous is required for a permanent contract working with one of Leicestershire’s leading hotel & golf courses.
Our client is a stunning hotel located in the beautiful Leicestershire country side, which offers a perfect mix of business and pleasure.
This role would favour a Chef de Partie who is passionate driven and eager for their next step up.
As the Junior Sous Chef you will lead the team in both the Ala carte restaurant and busy conference and banqueting. You will assist in overseeing and directing all aspects of the operation in the kitchen, supervise the performance of junior team members, maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness and have the ability to work with figures and understand the budget
This role is ideal for candidates who live near Leicester, Loughborough, Hinckley and Coventry.
Due to the beautiful country side location, this opportunity would suit a someone with their own transport.
