We’re working with an exclusive private members’ club looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to join their kitchen team, offering a salary of £35,000 per year plus some excellent benefits.

You’ll be working across a small à la carte restaurant, alongside a busy events operation, giving you the opportunity to develop your skills across different styles of service. It’s a great role for a chef ready to take on more responsibility, support the senior team and help deliver consistently high standards.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a quality kitchen

• A passion for fresh food and high standards

• Experience working across à la carte service and events, or a willingness to develop in both

• A positive attitude and the ability to support and motivate a team

• Someone organised, reliable and ready to take the next step in their career
