A Junior Sous Chef is required for an award winning hotel near Ludlow. The Head Chef has created a really fun and enjoyable working environment and is looking for a passionate Junior Sous Chef who has character, passion and drive. The Head Chef does not believe in split shifts, he believes in good old straight shifts, no splits where you come in for the morning and lunch – if you’re lucky get 2 hours off and then back in – none of that. No working 60 hours a week and getting paid for 40 hours – none of that. Here the Head Chef looks after his staff – as you can imagine there is a really good team spirit at this hotel due to what the Head Chef offers. You will need to have a good amount of experience of the hotel industry – restaurant, bar and key here conference and banqueting. The Head Chef would also be interested in any strong Chef de Parties ready for the next step.
