we are looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef with flair & ambition to join a large kitchen team in Staffordshire.

This is a large operation offering the successful candidate a chance to develop their career working in a variety of exciting food outlets that include a Hotel restaurant, a fresh food grill restaurant & conference & banqueting facilities that are very popular for weddings and corporate events.

The Junior Sous will be expected to lead the junior team members, offering direction and support to ensure that all kitchen consistently maintain their high standards.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Chef de Partie to join an experienced team, as you will have the support and guidance around you to develop into the position.

It is a 45 hr contract with paid overtime and only straight shifts!!!

This role is ideal for candidates who live in Birmingham, Coventry, Tamworth and Stafford.

* Helps provide smooth running services and a high production by managing his/her services.

* Responsible for the organisation, co-ordination and service in the kitchen

*Ensure that all dishes are well presented and of a high standard.

*Organises and supervises the work carried out by CDP, Commis and interns.
