This is a popular restaurant with private dining facilities and elegant function halls, therefore no two days will be the same and you will get to be involved in all and that includes having your say in the daily menus and seasonal A la carte menu!
The starting salary is between £19000 – £23000, all based on experience plus great tips of up to £3000 a year.

This role is perfect for any Junior sous who live near Stafford, Burton upon Trent, Nottingham.
As Junior sous you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications: –
– Professional Chef experience preferably in a high end or Rosette kitchen, but not essential as long as you have fresh food experience.
– Creativity and idea’s towards the industry
– Experience in leading a team on shift.
-Passion and determination is a key characteristic for this role.
The Junior sous role will be responsible for and involved the following: –
– Carrying out Junior sous duties in a professional and credible manner.
– Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.
– Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.
– If wanted, you could have an input on the menus with our own outstanding ideas
