Are you a senior Chef De Partie with experience working in Hotels who is looking to progress becoming a Sous Chef? Jubilee are recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef to join a brigade of Chef’s working within a well-known Hotel in the heart of London.

The Job Role
As Junior Sous Chef you will be working closely with the Senior Sous Chef and Head Chef to take the food offering to the next level in this Stunning 4* Hotel.  As Junior Sous Chef you will assist in leading a kitchen team and kps catering for both the Restaurant and Hotel Bar also taking responsibility for Room service and afternoon Tea.

The Requirements
As Junior Sous Chef you will come from a similar position from a similar hotel background. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is currently working as a Senior Chef De Partie within a Hotel and is seeking a new challenge and career progression.
A proven Chef with experience working within busy Hotels with a stable CV
Previous exposure to Hotel and banqueting is essential for this position
We are looking for a Hands-on, Self-starter who can manage their own time and has exceptional attention to detail.

The Package
£25k per annum + Service charge (Up to £200 per month)
