This is a super role for a CDP looking to take the step up into management. You must have good knowledge of costing, profit calculations, HACCP and hygiene regulations as well as being able to lead from the front on the pass and develop the junior team members.


Head Chef comes from a 5 star resort and is looking to push on and gain more rosette accreditation, so skill level needs to be up there, but equally important is your longevity and attitude to the ingredients and the vision for the property.
