You should have some experience in a similar 2aa environment, at least to CDP level, however fresh food Chefs with a real knowledge of the fine dining market will all be considered.
The Head Chef is looking for somebody with ideas, imagination and ambition who is keen to assist with on-going menu development and who will bring some fresh ideas to the kitchen
Live in staff accommodation is available at a minimal cost, less than £50 per week, and this includes all of your meals, wi-fi etc!
