Quality 2aa Gastro Pub in the heart of the Cotswolds, are looking to bolster the strong brigade with an ambitious and hungry Junior Sous Chef. They are looking for further accolades and need extra skill now in the brigade to reach the final goal of 3AA.
Highly unique fresh food fine dining. Theres lots of creative passion here balanced perfectly in a structured and stable environment which will enable you to develop yourself and also help develop your team. Slight rebranding and investment planned in the forthcoming 18-24 months too.
Commitment and dedication are essential, to match the existing teams, and you should be able to demonstrate this through your own work history. If you have worked at AA Rosette level it is perfect, however we are keen to interview Chefs who can show genuine commitment and love for the world of gastronomy.
