New Head Chef at this luxury site is seeking a strong candidate to step into the Junior Sous role and help develop this team and guide the new direction the property is taking with the offering.
Experience managing in a similar role is ideal, but this could be your first Junior Sous position; as long as you have the characteristics to develop into this management role you will be seriously considered.
Training will be provided on stock control, managing waste, organisation, daily checks, food quality and output analysis and you will take responsibility for working patterns and day to day operation on the front line.
