We are seeking an experienced Senior CDP/Chef de Partie or a Junior Sous Chef looking to really step up to the plate; you must have people management skills, creative talent and a passion and enthusiasm for foraging, home grown products and butchery from the ground up, and the experience and patience to teach these skills to your junior team and support the top line.

Input into the menus is essential so you can get your creative juices flowing, fresh food from the garden needs tender love and care.
