Shifts here are locked down so everyone gets 2.5 days off every single week. Kitchen is closed for major holidays.

 

Wonderful fresh food, procured from a wide variety of local farmers and growers, everything made from scratch on site, desserts, ice cream, sorbets, sauces, the whole kit and kaboodle.
