My client, an exciting and genuine fresh food Gastro Pub, offering creative and interesting dining are seeking a Jnr Sous or Senior CDP to step into the Chef role within this committed and passionate brigade.
You must be enthusiastic about working to drive the team forward and assist the Head Chef in creating fun and progressive food for their appreciative guests and diners. The kitchen like to invent and twist classical dishes into modern masterpieces.
Working with fresh ingredients, utilising an abundance of local and artisan suppliers and producers in the region.
Your history might include working at AA Rosette level, or even Michelin, but hungry and pro-active Chefs, who can show longevity and a clear creative streak will be seriously considered.
Strong administrative training is helpful, but they can train you in this area of the role. You should be comfortable to run the service and manage the team on the Head Chefs day off.
MASSIVE PROMOTION PROSPECTS. The group have an aggressive opening schedule planned and there will be plenty of opportunity to progress into a Head Chef role in 2018.
