A great local fresh food pub is looking to add a Junior Sous Chef to it’s ranks. All of the food is fresh but not your normal pub formal. This is a real Gastro Pub and you can have input on the menu. The salary is £23,000 per annum.

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will offer the following experience, skills and qualifications:
• Proven experience and ability within a commercial or private venue.
• Reporting to the Head Chef.
• Able to show a nurturing side to bring on Junior Chefs.
• Menu development.
• Maintain relationship with senior management.
• Passion and determination is a key characteristic for this role.

A Junior Sous Chef role will be responsible for and involved the following: –
• Carrying out duties in a professional and credible manner.
• Monitoring and maintaining the quality of the food produced.
• Ensuring the kitchen functions within relevant hygiene, health & safety guidelines.
• If wanted, you could have an input on the menus with our own outstanding ideas.

In return for your brilliant Junior Sous Chef skills and experience, the client is offering a base salary upto £23,000.
