Iconic location close to Leeds and Yorkshire Dales National Park, seeking a motivated and organised Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef.
This role would be ideal for an ambitious Chef de Partie or even a Demi CDP looking to progress into a Hotel kitchen and develop your skills in all of the management aspects required in running a busy Hotel kitchen operation.
Straight Shifts – Early/Late combination.
45-50 hours per week Maximum.
Complete freedom with the menus.
Strong team in place along with a likeable and organised Head Chef.
