The Junior Sous Chef role will be responsible for and involve the following: –
• Supervising the junior members of the brigade.
• Keeping a section clean and well organised
• Ordering and stock control.
• Working as a part of a strong team.
To succeed in this role, the Chef de Partie must have the following attributes: –
• At least 2 years in a one rosette property.
• Stability on your Cv.
• Creativity and ideas.
• Passion and determination.
