We are looking to shore up the team with a Junior Sous or Senior CDP to step in as Sous and strengthen this ambitious, classically trained brigade.
Large kitchen, lots of space, a fantastic team, with plans to establish 4 day week working patterns once the team is complete.
A background in more fresh food kitchens is desirable, but all applications will be considered and preliminary interviews held, as we have a variety of other similar roles which could suit your requirements.
