A Junior Sous is required for a permanent contract working within a highly established hotel near Bromsgrove. My client is looking for a Commis Chef who has a good background in fresh food who has a desire to learn, progress and develop.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie who wants to learn and work in a fun and exciting establishment. This hotel is renowned worldwide so you get all the perks working for a company like this. The training on offer here is superb where many Commis Chefs move onto high end establishments.
You will be working no more than 45 hours and will be paid a salary if £23,000 that works out nearly £10 per hour. To add to this you will be given free gym membership not only to you but also to nay children or partners.
