Chef de Partie, Central London – £35,000
We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join a thriving, high-volume kitchen in Central, London.
This dynamic site delivers a busy breakfast and lunch service, alongside a varied and extensive hospitality and events offering.
What we’re looking for:
- A passionate and driven Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie with a stable employment history
- Previous experience within B&I or hotel environments (preferred)
- A genuine love for food and hospitality
- Proven ability to run a section independently and consistently deliver high-quality dishes
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a busy kitchen
- A positive attitude with a desire to learn and develop
