A junior sous chef is required for the main kitchen in this busy luxury spa & conference hotel.
As junior sous chef you will be required to help run the kitchen on a daily basis along side the chef in all areas of kitchen management as well as covering sections of the other chefs on their days off. Al food is fresh and made on site with the exception of the desserts which are brought in part prepared and all being of exceptional quality.
You will be working straight shifts averaging around a 45 hour week with a decent work life balance working either a morning or evening shift and paid over time or lieu days given for any extra shifts worked.
There is also a £200 a month incentive scheme in operation paid monthly into your wages
